Yael serves as Academic Director of the CARDIOFOOD Lifestyle Program, professor of natural nutrition, media consultant, radio and digital press on the subject of healthy eating and well-being, cook and coach for the DOCFLIX TV program, and facilitator of workshops and training conferences on healthy eating. Yael is a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in association with Cornell.
