  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 ½ frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (optional)


  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Frozen cherries
  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Toasted quinoa
  • Toasted oats
  • Cacao nibs


  • 1. In a blender, place all the smoothie ingredients and process until smooth. Add additional milk if needed.
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
