Blueberry Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
What You'll Need
1 medium sweet potato, baked or steamed
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2-3 medjool dates (optional)
½ cup plain unsweetened plant-based milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
How to Make It
1 Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2 Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with mixed berries.
