What You'll Need
3 cups rolled oats
1 large mango, chopped
½ cup raw almonds
⅓ cup hemp seeds
⅓ cup maple syrup or date paste
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
How to Make It
1 Preheat oven to 330 degrees F.
2 Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
3 Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4 Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. If your oven heats unevenly, flip the pan around about halfway through cooking to ensure even baking.
Alternatively, bake in a convection oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crisp.
