Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 large mango, chopped
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • ⅓ cup hemp seeds
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or date paste
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees F.
  • 2. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. If your oven heats unevenly, flip the pan around about halfway through cooking to ensure even baking.

  • 1. Alternatively, bake in a convection oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crisp.
