Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 3.5 oz pack frozen unsweetened açaí puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

Suggested Toppings

  • Mango, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Homemade granola
  • Goji berries
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Almond butter or Vegan Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, process ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
  • 2. Place in a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Strawberries and blueberries are a popular choice for this smoothie bowl.
  • 2. You can use 1 ½ Tbsp of açaí berry powder in place of the açaí puree.
  • 3. Make sure to use oil-free and fruit-sweetened granola.
