Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl
What You'll Need
2 cups frozen berries
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 3.5 oz pack frozen unsweetened açaí puree
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
Almond butter or Vegan Caramel Sauce
How to Make It
1 In a blender, process ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
2 Place in a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
Strawberries and blueberries are a popular choice for this smoothie bowl.
You can use 1 ½ Tbsp of açaí berry powder in place of the açaí puree.
Make sure to use oil-free and fruit-sweetened granola.
