Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ white onion, finely chopped
  • 5 - 7 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 - 4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients in a container.
  • 2. Refrigerate and serve cold.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Adjust ingredients according to your taste.
  • 2. You can use other types of tomatoes, just make sure they are not too ripe. You want them to be firm to the touch.
  • 3. You can use other types of peppers or omit them completely.
