
Kale Avocado Pesto


What You'll Need
2 cups kale, stemmed and chopped
2 cups fresh basil
¼ cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ Hass avocado, pitted and peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup water

How to Make It
1 Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Store refrigerated.

Serve with your favorite whole-grain pasta, pizza, sandwich, or wrap
