Kale Avocado Pesto 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ Hass avocado, pitted and peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • 1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Store refrigerated.

  • 1. Serve with your favorite whole-grain pasta, pizza, sandwich, or wrap
