  • 4 cups diced garnet sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ tsp salt-free garlic & herb seasoning
  • ½ cup pineapple coconut juice

Instructions

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Combine all the ingredients in an 8 x 11 inch (2 qt) baking pan.
  • 3. Bake covered for 25 minutes.
  • 4. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes and serve.
