Sweet Potato Beginnings
What You'll Need
2 baked yams or sweet potatoes
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 apple, cored and chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
How to Make It
1 Peel and chop the baked yams or sweet potatoes.
2 Combine with the bananas and apples.
3 Mix in the cinnamon.
4 Heat briefly in a microwave oven. Serve warm.
This recipe may also be served cold or at room temperature.
