Ingredients

  • 2 baked yams or sweet potatoes
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. Peel and chop the baked yams or sweet potatoes.
  • 2. Combine with the bananas and apples.
  • 3. Mix in the cinnamon.
  • 4. Heat briefly in a microwave oven. Serve warm.
