  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • Seasoning to taste (see tips)


  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • 2. Remove the green base of the cauliflower and place the cauliflower on a cutting board.
  • 3. Squeeze half of the lemon over the entire cauliflower. Cut into thick slices or “steaks” (some pieces may break off) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the cauliflower.
  • 4. Season evenly with suggested seasonings and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Suggested seasonings: salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic powder, or homemade adobo.
