Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen passion fruit (optional)

Suggested Toppings

  • Mango, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Raspberry
  • Blueberries
  • Homemade granola
  • Goji berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Almonds, sliced
  • Passion fruit

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, process smoothie ingredients. Add additional water or milk, if needed, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
