Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium sweet potato, baked or steamed
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 medjool dates (optional)
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Toppings

  • ½ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • 1. Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with mixed berries.
