Halloween festivities traditionally begin as the sun goes down, but monster-mashing some avocado for this fun and easy breakfast treat will definitely get you in the mood. 2. While the bread is toasting, scoop the avocado into a bowl.
3. Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt, and mash using a fork or potato masher.
4. Cut the nori sheet or dark lettuce to form the hair.
5. Decorate the Franken toast forming the hair with the nori or lettuce, the eyes with the black beans, the mouth with the sliced pepper, and the frame of the face with the dressing.
