Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta of your choice
  • 1 medium sized head of cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Cracked black pepper for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Chop and steam the cauliflower until tender.
  • 2. When it cools off a bit, place it in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Blend until smooth.
  • 4. Toss generously with your cooked pasta.
  • 5. Garnish with freshly grated black pepper.
