
Pasta With Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce


What You'll Need
1 lb pasta of your choice
1 medium sized head of cauliflower
1 ½ cups plant-based milk
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt (optional)
Cracked black pepper for garnish

How to Make It
1 Chop and steam the cauliflower until tender.
2 When it cools off a bit, place it in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
3 Blend until smooth.
4 Toss generously with your cooked pasta.
5 Garnish with freshly grated black pepper.
