Strawberry Tarragon Dressing 1


  • 4 cups strawberries, rinsed, de-stemmed, and sliced
  • 1 medium shallot, minced
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp dried tarragon
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste


  • 1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. This dressing can keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
