
Strawberry Tarragon Dressing


What You'll Need
4 cups strawberries, rinsed, de-stemmed, and sliced
1 medium shallot, minced
½ cup balsamic vinegar
6 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp dried tarragon
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste

How to Make It
1 Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides.

Cooking Tips
This dressing can keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
