Cranberry Orange Sauce


  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • 1. In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the cranberries pop and the sauce begins to thicken.
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. For more variety, add raisins, apples or nuts to the mixture.
