Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • ¼ cup filtered water
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or more to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
  • ⅛ tsp ground allspice (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, water, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt (optional), and allspice (if using) until combined. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
