Maple and Curry Roasted Walnuts
Cook: 5 minutes
These nuts are perfect as an appetizer or chop them and serve on a salad.
- In a skillet, heat pan to medium heat.
- Add the walnut and warm for one minute.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the walnuts and sprinkle on the curry powder.
- Stir continuously for about four minutes, until slightly browned (but not burned).
- Let cool.
