Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 quart unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients together in a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake for one hour. To serve, top with extra fresh fruit, if desired.
  • 3. Cooled leftovers can be refrigerated in a covered container.
