Steve Kantrowitz
Steve Kantrowitz has been a chef and instructor for over 30 years. With a family history of high blood pressure, heart disease, and a disappointing marathon in 2008, he began to study diet and nutrition after reading The China Study. He is a graduate of the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program.
