
Vegan Tzatziki


What You'll Need
1 english cucumber, seeds removed, grated on large holes of box grater
1 cup non-dairy yogurt
2 cloves of roasted garlic
Juice of half a lemon
1 Tbsp chopped dill
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

How to Make It
1 In a nonreactive (glass, ceramic, or stainless steel) bowl combine first 5 ingredients by stirring well.
2 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
