
Creamy Avocado Dip


What You'll Need
1 ripe avocado, pitted (about ¾-1 cup)
4-6 cloves roasted garlic
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp Braggs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

How to Make It
1 In a blender combine the first 5 ingredients until completely incorporated together.
2 Add water 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
3 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
