Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted (about ¾-1 cup)
  • 4-6 cloves roasted garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp Braggs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender combine the first 5 ingredients until completely incorporated together.
  • 2. Add water 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
  • 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
