Maple and Curry Roasted Walnuts

Cook: 5 minutes

These nuts are perfect as an appetizer or chop them and serve on a salad.



  1. In a skillet, heat pan to medium heat.
  2. Add the walnut and warm for one minute.
  3. Drizzle the maple syrup over the walnuts and sprinkle on the curry powder.
  4. Stir continuously for about four minutes, until slightly browned (but not burned).
  5. Let cool.
