Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp curry powder

Instructions

  • 1. In a skillet, heat pan to medium heat.
  • 2. Add the walnut and warm for one minute.
  • 3. Drizzle the maple syrup over the walnuts and sprinkle on the curry powder.
  • 4. Stir continuously for about four minutes, until slightly browned (but not burned).
  • 5. Let cool.
