
Baked Steel Cut Oatmeal


What You'll Need
1 cup steel cut oats
1 quart unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tsp cinnamon
Fresh fruit, sliced (optional)

How to Make It
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mix all ingredients together in a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake for one hour. To serve, top with extra fresh fruit, if desired.
3 Cooled leftovers can be refrigerated in a covered container.
