Apple Fig Arugula Salad

What You'll Need
8 cups arugula
1 large Fuji apple, cored and chopped
6 figs, chopped
½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
½ cup All-Purpose Vinaigrette
How to Make It
1 In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss to mix well.
2 To serve, divide the salad among four plates. Serve immediately.
Instead of arugula, you can substitute spinach or any other light salad green.
You can use walnuts instead of pecans.
