Ingredients

  • 8 cups arugula
  • 1 large Fuji apple, cored and chopped
  • 6 figs, chopped
  • ½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Vinaigrette 

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss to mix well.
  • 2. To serve, divide the salad among four plates. Serve immediately.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Instead of arugula, you can substitute spinach or any other light salad green.
  • 2. You can use walnuts instead of pecans.
