Mâche Salad with Apple, Avocado & Jalapeño

Here’s a recipe for a yummy mâche salad. If you don’t have mâche handy, try butter lettuce.



  1. Using a protective glove, slice all peppers, apple, and carrot on mandolin slicer or julienne them by hand. Place in bowl. Add orange juice, salt, avocado, hemp seed, and chopped basil. Toss, taste, and adjust salt if needed. Prepare plates of mâche lettuce & microgreens then gently top with apple salad mixture.
