Tahini String Beans
What You'll Need
1 lb string beans, trimmed, halved lengthwise
⅔ cup water
2 Tbsp shoyu or soy sauce
4 Tbsp tahini
How to Make It
1 Simmer string beans and water in a covered two-quart pot for 3 minutes.
2 Add shoyu and cook 10 minutes more.
3 Remove from heat and stir in tahini. Serve immediately.
