Meet Tim and Heather Kaufman, who have both completed the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program, are owners of Flourish Cafe. Together, they have lost more than 290 pounds and are living testaments to the power of plants. They have embraced the kind of active lifestyle that they could only dream of before following a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. Their story is truly uplifting.
