Raw Beet Salad

This tasty and colorful raw beetroot salad is one of my top 5 salads and it is completely fat free!



  1. In a bowl combine beet, carrot, apple, shallots, vinegar, herb salt, curry, black cumin and white pepper.
  2. Transfer to the fridge and allow to rest for at least 1 hour.
