Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups apple juice (not from concentrate)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries and/or cherries

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • 3. Bake for 35 minutes.

  • 1. Enjoy hot, at room temperature, or cold!
