
Oil-Free Hummus Spread


What You'll Need
3 cups cooked chick peas (drained and rinsed)
6 Tbsp lemon juice
6 tsp garlic, minced
3-4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2½ tsp Dijon mustard
Salt/pepper to taste (optional)
Water as needed

How to Make It
1 In a food processor, blend all ingredients to a creamy, smooth consistency.
2 Add water if needed.
