Ingredients

  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • ½ cup sesame tahini
  • ¼ cup Braggs apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped (fresh) Italian parsley

Instructions

  • 1. Using a blender or whisk, combine first 4 ingredients.
  • 2. Add water 1/4 cup at a time to desired consistency.
  • 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Add chopped parsley, combine well.
