Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Water or low-sodium vegetable broth for sautéing
  • fresh black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Wash spinach.
  • 2. Peel and mince garlic.
  • 3. Sauté garlic in water or vegetable broth over medium heat, until softened.
  • 4. Add spinach to hot skillet. Use tongs to turn spinach until it is all just wilted.
  • 5. Sprinkle with vinegar and black pepper and serve.
