What You'll Need
1 large bunch of fresh spinach
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp vinegar
Water or low-sodium vegetable broth for sautéing
fresh black pepper
How to Make It
1 Wash spinach.
2 Peel and mince garlic.
3 Sauté garlic in water or vegetable broth over medium heat, until softened.
4 Add spinach to hot skillet. Use tongs to turn spinach until it is all just wilted.
5 Sprinkle with vinegar and black pepper and serve.
