Ingredients

  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup chardonnay or other white wine
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp pistachios

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • 2. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 3. Roast the mixture for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
