Roasted Brussels Sprouts With White Wine
What You'll Need
2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved
¼ tsp sea salt (optional)
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup chardonnay or other white wine
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp brown rice syrup or maple syrup
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 Tbsp pistachios
How to Make It
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
2 Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
3 Roast the mixture for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
