Pressure Cooker Split Pea Soup Recipe

What You'll Need


1 lb dried split peas

7 cups water

1 ½ cups chopped carrots

1 medium-sized onion, chopped

2 Tbsp Spike salt-free seasoning

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 4-inch strip kombu seaweed (optional)

½ tsp ground black pepper


How to Make It


1 Place all ingredients into your pressure cooker and cook on “bean” setting for 35 minutes, using the natural release method.

2 When the machine cools enough to open the lid, simply stir and serve!
