Ingredients

  • 1 head Boston lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1 cup steamed green beans sliced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 cup pine nuts

Instructions

  • 1. Mix leafy vegetables in a bowl.
  • 2. Stir in lime juice and pine nuts.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
